You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Simple2290 will transmit the information you enter to the IRS without independent verification. Any penalties, interest, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate information are your sole responsibility.

4. Fees and Payment

Simple2290 charges a service fee for each filing submission as described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Payment is collected via credit or debit card through our secure payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

5. IRS Processing

Simple2290 transmits your return to the IRS but cannot guarantee acceptance. The IRS may reject filings for reasons including but not limited to duplicate filings, invalid EINs, or incorrect VINs. In the event of a rejection, we will notify you and you may correct and resubmit at no additional charge within [X] days.

7. Limitation of Liability
